Introducing the cuisine of Yotam Ottolenghi to the region has been a massive hit with our guests and we have garnered quite the fan club for our special taster menus of sharing platters featuring the brilliant and punchy flavours of this genius Master Chef. Vegetarian and vegan options are a big feature of the evening - all prepared with a discerning eye to quality and presentation. Local DJ, Jules brings his unique sound and energy to a courtyard full of guests who are guaranteed to turn their supper time feet-tapping into dance floor swirls by 8pm! Back by popular demand - let'd do it!!!!! What better excuse do we need for this Texan boy and his English imposter to host you poolside to share our smash hit burgers! We're bringing back what is without doubt one of our most popular evenings - the big bad boy burger! Often cited as the best burger in town, our incredible, succulent home made 100% organic beef burgers and stunningly tasty veggie burgers are served with lashings of potato salad overflowing with fresh garnish.
