Introducing the cuisine of Yotam Ottolenghi to the region has been a massive hit with our guests and we have garnered quite the fan club for our special taster menus of sharing platters featuring the brilliant and punchy flavours of this genius Master Chef. Vegetarian and vegan options are a big feature of the evening - all prepared with a discerning eye to quality and presentation. We'll be announcing at least one more of these special events to take place this summer. So keep your eye on the ball and don't miss out. €65 p/h.

We changed the night from Monday to WEDNESDAY. We changed up the MENU to make your midweek supper choice lighter on the waistline and lighter on your pocket! Plus we have some great movies to share with you this season.

Going out for dinner doesn't need to be a heavy night of food and wine with our simple midweek supper club menus. Each week we'll be offering a different two-course menu with a lighter main course option followed by fruit & sorbets. Relax over your meal on our gorgeous terrace before heading into the comfort of our beautiful open sided barn, The Tilly, to experience the magic of our 5 x 3 metre outdoor movie screen.

For the fourth year in a row, we're bringing back the fantastic Diane Moore who will once again be bringing her unique sound and energy to a courtyard full of guests who are guaranteed to turn their supper time feet-tapping into dance floor swirls by 8pm! The evening includes a three course supper, entertainment and dancing. Beverages sold separately. Menu will published nearer the time. €45

Back by popular demand - let'd do it!!!!! What better excuse do we need for this Texan boy and his English imposter to host you poolside to share our smash hit burgers! We're bringing back what is without doubt one of our most popular evenings - the big bad boy burger! Often cited as the best burger in town, our incredible, succulent home made 100% organic beef burgers and stunningly tasty veggie burgers are served with lashings of potato salad overflowing with fresh garnish and an inventive choice of salads. We guarantee you won't find a more authentic or tastier burger for miles. €27 (Burger & Dessert).
